Hi Judi, Just wanted to thank you and AGA for your quick response and help with my coolant leak, received the pipe with UPS within three days super service, have now had the pipe fitted by my workshop and they were impressed by the pipe and the solution found by AGA for this problem, using your instruction manual and a roughly translated German version the workshop fitted the pipe in seven hours, just to be fully sure as the car was dismantled anyway and due to the mileage (approx 110.000 miles) I also had them exchange the Water pump although this is not a must. Once again I take this opportunity to thank you and AGA, not only for your solution but also for the vast saving I have now made the repair in total with all parts (incl. water pump) and labour cost me now only $1,900 and BMW Germany quoted me at least $5,600 but as you know once BMW get started on a car the cost for the repair would have been more than the quote…… Pete Thomas

Cameron,
I'm sorry it has taken me so long to send a note, but your great support will always be a part of my history on the 1995 SL320 I purchased last February. I left California the Friday morning I left your shop (after you gave a quick look-see for another fluid leak) and pulled into my driveway in Virginia Beach that same Sunday night. The car ran like a sewing machine and performed like a champ, but I was able to enjoy the drive with peach of mind that you had gone over the vehicle and serviced it before my trip. I’d be please to be listed as a reference and certainly a satisfied customer. I can’t say enough how thankful I was to have such a competent group of professionals available in my time of need.
Three thousand miles away from home with a fifteen year old car that is smoking and leaking fluid and needing to depart on a cross-country trip in three days. You probably don’t have a customer like that every day, but you can certainly say, from my experience, that you are ready to handle such a customer at any time. You nailed my specific problem, gave me a fair price, accomplished the service to meet my critical time frame and were a real pleasure to deal with. I even appreciated the unsolicited opinion on the car I had purchased and your evaluation of its overall condition and the general reliability of the vehicle.
Again, I have an excellent Mercedes-only service in Virginia Beach for comparison, and I can say that All German Auto is top-notch and of the highest caliber.

Best regards and thank you again…

Sincerely,

Russ Cooper, PE

Hello Martin and everyone at All German Auto.

Well the story began one day at work, I was walking to my 745LI in the parking lot and I viewed a puddle of anti-freeze under the engine. Open her up and checked, couldn't see anything at the time. Added water and went home. At home she leaked more, so I got underneath and there I located the dreaded weeping hole leak from the manifold. Having read many forums and threads, I knew this was the dreaded center of the universe problem that all 745 owners are worried about. Contacted my local BMW dealer, they quoted $8700 for labor and $2800.00 for parts, I was like FORGET THAT!! ARE YOU CRAZY!!! For that price I might as well buy a new car. But having read bimmerfest and the links to AGA, I knew the solution. So I called up AGA, ordered my crossover pipe and the additional kit, total cost $899.00, overnight delivery then I ordered a new Water Pump and Belts and hoses and got to work. Total cost for everything needed $1400.00. I waited until friday, got the car up on front ramps and started to go to work. I had reviewed the Youtube video martin had done, and I knew the TIS direction to get everything done. Started with the crossover pipe, its was so easy to put this in, after getting the corroded and failed seal out and cutting the pipe with my recip saw it was easy pickings to it out, then putting the AGA pipe in was too simple. I put the new valley pan on and then closed her up, new pipes to the waterpump, and then put the waterpump back on and put new BMW antifreeze in. Wife got in the car, turned the ignition and without a hitch she came back to life, no leak, no weeping - nothing. Brand new in my opinion, and after 2 weeks post the repair, she runs smooth as silk. Savings for me - well over $9500.00 USD, and after reviewing the old crossover pipe verse the one from AGA, no doubt a bad design and vulcanizing the seal on as well was not smart. The AGA design is superior, and the pipe will last way longer then the ownership of this car, having already had her 7 years, I see her going way over another 7 with this repair completed. Thanks Martin, and thanks to Julie for an awesome turnaround on my order.

Sincerely,

Peter Meister

Hi Martin and all I took my car into my local BMW for a water leak in the UK they told me it was water pump at a cost of near £700 pounds, needless to say it didnt cure the problem.  then they told me it was crossover pipe as well as waterpump.  when they told me it was book time of 38 hours labour but the last one thay changed took them 60 hours.  looking at the economics of bmw repair in my eyes the car was scrap at 61,000 miles, then I found All German Autos GREAT product ordered it arrived in 3 days to UK, great service. took it to a local garage they said they would do it after watchin your very good video. so wedensday morning at 9 am they started work on it and at 4 pm i had a call to say it was done. whole job was less that £1000 pounds thanks to your product,  so I went for a drive, done 500 miles and not a drop of water lost. once again thanks to you and your team.cant praise you all enough. THANKS john jroxborough@hotmail.com

Hello Martin and all employees at All German Auto

I wanted to write this to anybody that has a problem with The coolant crossover in their BMW. I noticed a large amount of coolant leaking from my car. I thought maybe the radiator broke. I took the car to my Local BMW dealership and quickly learned some VERY bad news. The dealership told me that my Coolant crossover was broken. The service manager began to tell me what had to be done to fix it. The Engine would have to be taken out and apart. The suspension would have to be dropped. The total cost for this would be $11,000.00. I immediately did not know what to do and told him that I would have to get back to him. I did not have the money and even if I did, I would not spend it on fixing that car. I was distraught at the fact that my 2003 BMW 745 LI with only 96K miles on it was out of service. In my mind I had given up hope of salvaging my car that I loved. After a few weeks of worry, I happened to come across Martin and the All German Auto. He explained that he was working on a proto type that would help me. I felt like this was a blessing and gave my car to them without a second thought. They worked on the car for about three weeks while they had to manufacture the part that they had designed. When I went to pick up my car I was amazed that Martin actually apologized for taking so long (I would have waited longer-Didn’t care how long it took). The amount of money I saved was more than enough. They showed my friend and I the part and we both commented that BMW should have made it that way. I look forward to doing business with this shop. I was amazed that the shop was clean, the employees were knowledgeable and happy to be working there. If you would like to ask me any questions about how the car is running, I just drove it to Vegas.
